A simple and agile application perfectly integrated with Microsoft tenant
Agility and simplification. These are the latest keywords.
Months of run-up in order to evolve, to transform our business and embrace change.
However, digitization also means being faced with a number of actors, programs and applications: ordering and choosing simple applications, not only to simplify processes but also to automate them, is therefore, a priority not to be overlooked.
For this reason, Npo Sistemi has created an application to reduce these two concepts (ordering and choosing simple applications) in a product tailored to companies, capable of mapping and documenting technical skills and certifications so as to guide not only the team learning path but any business development strategy in terms of training and skills.
The Skills Management Tool, SMT, created thanks to the Microsoft Power Platform, perfectly adapts to the corporate value proposition and with a dual function, for employees and for human resources, and front lines.
Features and Benefits
What is SMT? SMT is a self-assessment tool, designed to be simple to update, and to manage. It is designed to manage the technical, pre-sales, and sales know-how of a company.
Thanks to the use of SMT, it is in fact possible to quickly identify the skills and certifications possessed by employees and suppliers.
The application, as mentioned at the beginning, is fully integrated with the Microsoft tenant, developed in Microsoft PowerApps for ease of implementation, uses PowerAutomate for automation of the operational workflow and utilizes PowerBI for real-time reporting.
For this reason, it is perfect for use by employees, with an intuitive interface capable of putting order to the certifications held by the user and, on the other hand, for sales force, for human resources, and to approve certifications obtained by employees as well as those obtained by the team or department. There are also many advantages for the management of suppliers and for vendor partnerships, with an alert system that can also anticipate deadlines for obtaining further certifications.
Not to be underestimated is the complete compliance with the GDPR regulations: sensitive data is not recorded but simply read from the archives managed solely by the company's internal IT.
In fact, the data entered already exists in the archives held by the company.
An intuitive tool in progress, able to follow the company changes, agile and scalable in short, it grows and is self-aware.
